In statements released this afternoon, Senate President Chuck Morse and Don Bolduc — who are both running for US Senate — made clear they support the Supreme Court’s draft decision overturning Roe.
In response, Maggie for NH spokesperson Kevin Donohoe released the following statement on Senate President Morse and Don Bolduc’s support of the Supreme Court’s draft decision:
“The contrast in this race between Senator Hassan’s record of protecting women’s freedom and her opponents’ support for overturning Roe vs. Wade and eviscerating women’s rights could not be more stark. After passing the first abortion ban in modern New Hampshire history, Chuck Morse today doubled down and made clear that he supports ending Roe and criminalizing abortion. And Don Bolduc has once again demonstrated that he would be a yes vote for Mitch McConnell’s agenda of punishing women and rolling back reproductive health care.”
